Wiper Z-07 30x40x4 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly installed on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high wear resistance, set in a steel casing ensuring stiffness and a secure hold in the socket. The Z-07 design allows for the scraper to be driven into the assembly, guaranteeing stable mounting even under heavy dust and vibration conditions. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.
