WIPER Z-07 30x40x4 PU+Stal IVORY

The Z-07 type scrapper ring is used to protect the interior of hydraulic cylinder working parts from contaminants, mud, and moisture. It is mainly used on pins or trunnions in cylinder eyes, where it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

Construction and operation:
The scrapper is made of polyurethane (PU), known for its high abrasion resistance, and is mounted in a steel casing, providing rigidity and stability of the mount in the housing. The Z-07 profile design allows for secure scrapper seating in the assembly, ensuring its effective operation even in harsh conditions, subject to intense dust or vibrations. During operation, the ring effectively removes contaminants from the moving surface, helping to protect bushings and grease from degradation.
