The Z-07 scraper ring is used as a safeguard against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working components of hydraulic cylinders.

It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure retention in the socket.

The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the housing, which guarantees stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.
