Wiper Z-07 50,8x68,25x9,52 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working elements of hydraulic cylinders.

It is most often mounted on pins or shafts in the lugs of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure fitting in the groove.

The Z-07 design allows for the wiper to be driven into the housing, ensuring stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.

Used in pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder lugs in construction and agricultural machinery, and in mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
