Wiper Z-07 50x62x7 PU+Stal IVORY

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interiors of hydraulic cylinder working components. It is most commonly mounted on pins or studs in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area.

Construction and operation:
The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure holding in the mount.
The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the housing, ensuring stable fastening even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations.
During operation, it effectively "scrapes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and internal lubricant from degradation.

Application:
pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
