The Z-07 wiper ring is used as a shield against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is mainly used on pins or shafts in cylinder eyes, effectively preventing dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU), which is characterized by high abrasion resistance. It is set in a steel casing, ensuring rigidity and stable holding in the housing. The Z-07 type design allows the wiper to be embedded into the structure, guaranteeing solid mounting even in difficult conditions such as heavy dust and vibrations. During operation, it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.
