The Z-07 type wiper ring is designed to protect against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working components. It is most commonly used on pins or shafts in cylinder eyes, where it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

This wiper, made of polyurethane (PU) characterized by high abrasion resistance, is mounted in a steel casing that ensures its stiffness and secure fitting in the housing. The Z-07 profile design allows for the wiper to be driven into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of intense dust and vibration. During operation, it thoroughly removes dirt from the moving surface, thus protecting the bushings and grease from degradation.

The application of the ring includes pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes used in construction and agricultural machinery, as well as mechanisms lubricated with solid grease that are exposed to mud and dust.
