Description
The Z-07 wiper ring is a two-component sealing element designed to protect the working joints of hydraulic cylinders from the ingress of external contaminants. The Z-07 profile consists of a polyurethane working element and a metal (steel) cage, which provides rigidity and ensures secure, stable retention in the housing by interference fit.
The working part is made of polyurethane (PU) with a hardness of 94 Shore A, offering high resistance to abrasion as well as resistance to atmospheric agents, mud, dust, and water. The steel cage is vulcanised to the polyurethane insert, forming a durable, single-piece assembly. Installation is carried out by pressing the wiper into an open groove, requiring no additional fastening elements.
The Z-07 wiper is primarily used on pins and trunnions in hydraulic cylinder eyes, where it protects the lubricated space from the entry of dirt and moisture. Typical application areas include construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and other machines operating in conditions of heavy dust, mud, and vibration. Due to its compact dimensions, it is also suitable for protecting grease-lubricated bearings, bushings, and joints.
