Wiper Z-07 60x70x5 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated area.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high wear resistance, set in a steel casing that ensures stiffness and secure holding in the housing.

The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the build, which guarantees stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

While working, it effectively "scrapes" debris from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and the grease inside from degradation.

Applications:

• pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
• cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
• mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
