Wiper Z-07 60x73x8 PU+Stal

The Z-07 wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

Construction and operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel case providing rigidity and secure holding in the socket. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be embedded into the structure, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations. During operation, it effectively "wipes" debris from the moving surface, protecting bushes and lubrication inside from degradation.
