Wiper Z-07 65x75x7 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or shafts in cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure grip in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively “scrapes” dirt off the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.

Application:

• pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
