The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:
The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing providing rigidity and firm retention in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be embedded in the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.

pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
