The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working components of hydraulic cylinders.

It is most commonly mounted on pins or shafts in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing ensuring rigidity and secure seating in the slot.

The Z-07 design allows for the scraper to be embedded into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushing and internal lubricant from degradation.
