Wiper Z-07 70x85x5 PU+Stal IVORY

The Z-07 wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of dirt, mud and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing ensuring rigidity and secure holding in the socket. The Z-07 type design allows the wiper to be driven into the housing, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.

• pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
• cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
• mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
