The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as a barrier to prevent contaminants, mud, and moisture from entering the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is often mounted on pins or trunnions in cylinder eyes, where it protects the lubricating space from dirt.

Construction and operation:
The scraper is made from polyurethane (PU) with abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing to ensure durability and stability. The Z-07 design allows for direct embedding of the scraper in the housing, providing a secure mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations. During operation, it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from damage.
