Wiper Z-07 88,9x114,3x12,7 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working components. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in cylinder eyes, preventing dirt from reaching the lubricated area.

Construction and operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing ensuring rigidity and secure mounting in the housing.
The Z-07 type design allows the wiper to be driven into the housing, providing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.
In operation, it effectively "wipes" away dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal lubricant from degradation.

pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
mechanisms lubricated with grease, exposed to mud and dust.
