Rod-piston seal RPS 32x40x5.7 C0 (code: 2ERPS265 / RPS 0320 0400 057 C0) is a universal sealing solution for hydraulic cylinders, suitable for use in pistons as well as in glands as a rod seal.

Material and operating data:

• Polyurethane C0 (TPU 94 ShA) – high wear resistance, low compression set.

• Temperature range: –35°C to +100°C (peaks up to +110°C).

• Working pressure: up to 400 bar.

• Speed: up to 0.5 m/s.

Appearance and working principle:

• The RPS profile is symmetrical, which makes it suitable for both piston and gland installations.

• It features sealing lips that adapt to the housing, sealing the cylinder (when used as a piston seal) or the rod (when used as a rod/gland seal).

• Its elasticity compensates for misalignments and small assembly clearances.
