Description

The RSB 76.2x92.08x12.7 C0 [2ERSBI24] working seal, dedicated to hydraulic systems, is designed as a precise gland element. The RSB type construction, from the Artic Seals brand, is based on a two-lip profile made of durable C0 type polyurethane, based on polyester-caprolactam. The main lip effectively seals the hydraulic medium, while the additional lip stabilises the entire structure and protects against undesirable external contaminants. The special seal design minimises the stick-slip effect and compensates for material shrinkage at low temperatures, ensuring continuous operation under various working conditions.

The temperature range where the seal maintains full functionality is from -35°C to +100°C, with the possibility of a temporary increase up to 110°C. The hardness of the material is 93 Shore A ±2, providing an appropriate balance between flexibility and abrasion resistance.
