Wiper K703 70x82,2x8,1

The K703 wiper is a two-piece, single-acting rod wiper consisting of a specially profiled PTFE ring and an NBR o-ring acting as the energizing element. The PTFE profile features a working edge angled at 20° and 60° that wipes contaminants from the rod surface during retraction while leaving a residual oil film. The NBR o-ring provides the initial pre-load of the PTFE lip against the rod and seals statically against the groove base.

The two-piece design allows operation at high sliding speeds with the low friction characteristic of PTFE-based materials. The K703 wiper is used in mobile hydraulics, aluminium injection machines and industrial equipment where reliable protection against ingress of solid particles and external contaminants is required.
