The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the internal components of hydraulic cylinder mechanisms. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the grease space.

Construction and function:
The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high wear resistance, set in a steel frame ensuring rigidity and secure holding in the housing. The Z-07 type design allows for the scraper to be hammered into the structure, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.
