Wiper Z-07 38,1x50,8x6,30 PU+Stal IVORY

The Z-07 wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working elements of hydraulic cylinders.
It is most often mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area.

Construction and operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that provides rigidity and secure retention in the socket.
The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be embedded in the housing, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations.
During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.

Application:
pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
