The Z-07 wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working components.

It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyelets of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high wear resistance, set in a steel housing ensuring rigidity and secure holding in the socket.

The Z-07 type design allows the scraper to be driven into the housing, ensuring stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

During operation, it effectively “scrapes” contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and lubricant inside from degradation.

Application:

• mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
