Description

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working elements. It is most often mounted on the pins or pivots in the lugs of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

Construction and operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing providing rigidity and secure hold in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be driven into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively “scrapes” dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal lubricant from degradation.
