Description

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, preventing dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation: The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure retention in the socket. The Z-07 type design allows for the wiper to be embedded in the structure, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.
