The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area. Construction and operation: The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing ensuring rigidity and secure grip in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be embedded in the installation, ensuring stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting bushes and lubricant inside from degradation.
