Wiper Z-07 70x85x7,5 PU+Stal

The Z-07 wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated area.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing providing rigidity and secure retention in the socket. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be driven into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.

Applications include pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and grease-lubricated mechanisms exposed to mud and dust.
