The Z-07 wiper ring is a specialist component used to protect against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working parts. Typical applications include installation on pins or trunnions in cylinder eyes, where it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubricated area.

Construction and operation:

The wiper is constructed from polyurethane (PU), characterised by high abrasion resistance, with its rigidity and durability provided by a steel casing. The Z-07 profile design allows the wiper to be driven into the housing, ensuring stable mounting even under difficult dust and vibration conditions. During use, the ring effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting bushings and lubricant from damage.
