Wheel hub oil seal 105x130x13 RWDR-KASSETTE NBR

The RWDR-KASSETTE cassette oil seal, size 105x130x13 mm, is made of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and designed for wheel hubs in agricultural and construction machinery. It is a fully integrated sealing unit that combines a Simmerring lip seal with a built-in running surface, reducing shaft wear and extending service intervals.

The seal structure includes:

• Spring-loaded sealing lip (spring made of EN 17223 spring steel)

• Multiple dust lips for enhanced protection against external contaminants

• Metal insert made of non-alloyed steel (DIN 1624 / EN10139)

• Elastomer/metal casing

• Integrated labyrinth system to block mud and dirt ingress

Thanks to the integrated running surface, the shaft does not need to be hardened or machined, simplifying replacement and maintenance. The robust design offers effective sealing performance in harsh environments with high exposure to dirt, sand, and slurry.
