Seals kit for Georg KRA 167-5

Non-original technical seal kit designed for the Georg hydraulic cylinder, model KRA 167-5. The kit includes components made of polyurethane (PU) and nitrile rubber (NBR70), ensuring appropriate system sealing under standard hydraulic operating conditions.

Design of Sealing Profiles

Profile WH13 (Wiper): A polyurethane wiper seal designed to clean the piston rod from solid contaminants such as dust, dirt, and moisture, preventing them from entering the cylinder. It features a flexible wiping lip and a stable fit within the housing groove.

Profile RS10A (Rod Seal): An asymmetric rod seal made of polyurethane (PU). The profile is engineered with a shortened inner (dynamic) lip, which optimizes pressure distribution and minimizes friction during reciprocating motion, providing an effective barrier for pressurized hydraulic fluid.

O-ring: A circular cross-section sealing ring made of NBR material with a hardness of 70 Shore A, designed for static sealing applications to secure the stationary joints of the gland components.
