The Z-07 scraper ring is used as a protective barrier against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working components. Typically mounted on pins or shafts in cylinder eyes, it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

Construction and operation:

The scraper made of polyurethane (PU) is highly resistant to abrasion and is set in a steel casing, ensuring rigidity and secure fit in the housing.

The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be embedded in the housing, providing stable mounting under conditions of heavy dust and vibrations. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the internal sleeves and lubricant from degradation.
